Manure runoff the likely cause of big fish kill in Sioux County
August 7, 2007

killed by contaminated water in a stream near
Hospers (in northwestern Iowa) on Monday. The DNR says that initial testing suggests that manure runoff from farm fields in the area, accelerated by heavy rains on Friday and Saturday, is the probable cause.
