Water quality is Iowans' most serious concern about agriculture

The Des Moines Register has published the results of an Iowa Poll surveying Iowans on agricultural issues, and the area where the most people responded that things are getting worse is in air and water quality. Iowa's water quality is tied very closely to agriculture, since fertilizer (including manure) is the main source of the nitrates found in Iowa waters.
