Health advisory posted for Beed's Lake

Iowa's Beed's Lake State Park has been marked with a beach monitoring advisory by the Iowa DNR, which says the lake there has exceeded allowable E. coli levels. Most of Iowa's lakes are rated "OK for swimming" right now, but storms, farm runoff, and the quality of wastewater discharges upstream can change all of that.
