Big snowfall means lots of potential for flooding

As much as 25" of snow fell in the last week across Iowa. Since most of the ground is still frozen, the forecast highs in the upper 30's suggests we're going to see a lot of stormwater-type runoff and localized flooding over the next couple of weeks.
