Nebraska irrigators could be forced to give up years' worth of water
November 28, 2006
The recent agreement among three states to reduce the irrigation use of the Platte River could mean that Nebraska irrigators would have to give up a whole lot of water in order to make up for what they used between 1997 and 2005.
