Weather Channel special focuses on Nebraska drought

The Weather Channel has devoted a segment featured on their new climate-change website to the seven-year drought affecting Nebraska. They rightly point out that the effects and costs of long-term drought can easily exceed the damage of high-impact events like hurricanes or floods.
