Sioux City tightens rules on stormwater

Sioux City's updated
storm water ordinance clamps down on discharges of things like gasoline and even mud into storm sewers. Along with tighter rules on conventional municipal wastewater discharges being implemented by the Iowa DNR, the EPA is mandating tougher standards on what's being carried from storm sewers into rivers and streams.
