Heavy rains cause sewer bypass in Clearfield

Heavy rainfall over the last few weeks pushed Clearfield's lagoon to its limit, and another round of rain on Monday caused the system to exceed its capacity, leading to a bypass directly into the river. Stormwater containment systems can help communities avoid these bypasses.
