Cedar Falls will sue the EPA
November 9, 2010
The city council in Cedar Falls has voted to join a lawsuit along with 13 other communities to sue the EPA for seeking to impose tough new interpretations of the law requiring much more sophisticated treatment of water during wet weather. Neighboring Waterloo joined the same fight in September.
