Nebraska DHHS seeks comments on new coliform rules
September 10, 2009
The Department of Health and Human Services is
accepting comments until September 30th on new rules
required under the EPA's ground water rule. Nebraska water systems using ground water (rather than surface water or surface-influenced water) will be required to
increase monitoring for coliform and increase treatment as necessary.
We help
municipal water systems with
clean-water pumping and
monitoring, in addition to treatment. We offer
particle counters and
turbidimeters, among other monitors. Please feel free to
contact us with your questions.
