Dredging the Missouri near Blair
July 27, 2009
The US Army Corps of Engineers is overseeing a project to
dredge the Missouri River near
Blair, Nebraska, where they are hoping to re-establish habitat for the pallid sturgeon, an endangered fish found on the Missouri. Dredging projects are perhaps more common than many people realize; we supply
dredging pumps to the industry for use in a variety of river and lake dredging projects.
