A $300 billion funding gap

National Association of Clean Water Agencies, an affiliation of hundreds of public agencies and organizations in the wastewater-reclamation field, has submitted testimony to the US House of Representatives calling for
billions of dollars in Federal aid to help cover the $300 billion funding gap between needed improvements to the nation's
wastewater infrastructure and available money to take action.
