July 25, 2008

Parts of southwestern Iowa were hit with 7" to 9" of rain in a single storm event on Thursday morning. The importance of having adequate stormwater control systems may not always be obvious -- especially when we experience drought cycles -- but the need for infrastructure sufficient to handle massive rainfall shouldn't be ignored.
