Heavy storms soak Iowa, leaving behind flash flooding
June 3, 2008
Roads all over Iowa, in places like
Knoxville,
Oskaloosa, and
Boone, were flooded this morning as strong storms came through and dropped
up to two inches of rain on some places. The ground has already been saturated across much of Iowa, and additional rainfall has been enough to
cover Interstate 35 with 2' of water in a flash flood this morning.
We can help you with
stormwater containment and pumping and
flood-cleanup pumps. Please feel free to
contact us with your questions.
