Expect flooding in Iowa this weekend

The National Weather Service has noted that the rapid temperature rise all over Iowa this past week has melted a lot of snow, and an incoming series of storm systems will probably add a lot more precipitation to the area and cause some flooding. This will be happening at the same time as National Flood Safety Awareness Week. Recent flooding has already caused wastewater systems in Iowa to overflow.
