Drought continues in the Missouri River basin

The US Army Corps of Engineers, which manages water levels on the Missouri River, says that they let the
smallest amount of water through upstream dams in 40 years in 2007, and will only allow enough water down the river in 2008 to allow for minimum navigation flows.
