UI hospital sued over Legionnaires'

The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics have been sued over a 2006 case of Legionnaire's disease. Legionnaires' is relatively uncommon, but it is often found in places like hospitals. It can be carried in water systems and is often effectively killed through the use of ultraviolet disinfection.
