Mississippi tributary is low in oxygen and high in pollution

The Lower Crow River in Minnesota is showing high levels of turbidity and low levels of dissolved oxygen. It's a tributary of the Mississippi River, so any harm done to it in Minnesota will make its way past much of eastern Iowa.
