Two-thirds of planet will be under "water stress" in 20 years

The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization is predicting that by 2025, 1.8 billion people will be "living in countries or regions with absolute water scarcity", and that water shortages will be a major issue for two-thirds of the planet.
