The EPA now speaks Chinese

The EPA is
launching a Chinese-language website, saying that it's intended to reach speakers of the third-most-used language in the United States and to improve efforts at environmental cooperation with China. That second part is probably the real reason. China is responsible for a considerable amount of
air pollution that reaches the United States.
