Montana and Wyoming are headed to court over water

Montana has filed a lawsuit against Wyoming over the two states' sharing of a couple of rivers. These sorts of lawsuits are popping up all over the place, as disputes over water rights (like the long-standing fight between Kansas and Nebraska) become more prominent.
