Grand Island gets big relief from flood risk

Grand Island, Nebraska, is located
between two rivers, which makes it appear to be a high-risk area for flooding. But a revision to the FEMA maps show the area as being at
much lower risk than previously thought, which ought to ease some of the cost of homeownership in the area.
