Lewis and Clark project could get more money from Congress

Congress has pulled back on a lot of the promised funding for the Lewis and Clark water pipeline project, but a couple of members of Congress think that the decision by Sioux Falls to put funding into the project could improve prospects for more Federal funding in the new legislative season.
