Platte River Cooperative Agreement will go into effect

The Secretary of the Interior has
approved the Platte River Cooperative Agreement, which binds Nebraska, Colorado, and Wyoming together to
reduce human demand on the Platte River and push for other ecological improvements in the watershed. The plan still requires funding from Congress, which it doesn't have yet.
