Monitoring stormwater pollution in Minneapolis

City environmental inspectors are sent out on boats to measure the
environmental impact of pollution delivered to the Mississippi River due to stormwater runoff. It's not likely that most of the public realizes that water (and debris) that goes down the storm sewer goes straight into most rivers without any treatment.
