Iowa DNR want public comments on "sustainable funding" for water and parks

The DNR's Sustainable Natural Resource Funding Advisory Committee has proposed raising funds for the DNR through taxes on gambling and lottery tickets, conservation-related credits, and a higher state sales tax.
