West Nile virus is back, thanks to standing water

Health officials in Nebraska are trying to remind the public to
get rid of standing water, which is the primary breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Mosquitoes are the main carriers of West Nile virus, which killed five people in Nebraska last year.
