Much-hoped-for drought relief fails to materialize

Lincoln may soon join other Nebraska cities in implementing
mandatory water restrictions in order to preserve the city's dwindling supply of drinking water. The state climatologist thinks that could happen in just 30 days. Iowa's state climatologist says we're about
10 days from serious crop damage without badly-needed rain.
