Canadian Oil Pipeline to Cut Straight Through Nebraska
April 3, 2006
TransCanada plans to place
30" diameter oil pipeline about four feet below the surface in a couple of years. The
Keystone Pipeline will carry crude oil from Alberta to Illinois. Naturally, many people are concerned about spills -- the kinds of spills that can be controlled through the use of
secondary containment with geomembranes.
