Flooding threatens Cedar Rapids water supply

Flooding has reduced the Cedar Rapids water supply to 25% of its normal capacity. Iowa's second-largest city is under severe stress as floodwaters damage large parts of the city. Municipal water supplies are rarely appreciated until they are no longer able to serve people's normal demand.
